Clarke is responsible for all residential and corporate services relating to power, water, gas, TV/Cable and Internet.

Her primary focus is establishing services during the construction processes and ensuring each property/project has the needed services during the construction timeline. She works closely with the construction team, utility providers, and accounts payable and troubleshoots issues between land development and the utility providers when they arise during the construction process.

Clarke began her career with River Rock in 2014 and worked in the same capacity for our third-party vendors for many years. Clarke has a BS in Administrative Management from Clemson University.
